Shipping policy

Delivery

Orders are primarily delivered via Posti Finland. Products are delivered to the customer at the delivery address specified in the order by the customer. It is also possible to pick up the ordered product from our storage by appointment.

Flowers are my love language delivers products worldwide. Processing time for products is 2 - 6 business days from the order.

We cover all shipping costs for orders over 240 euros to Finland and over 800 euros to abroad.

Shipping costs are charged according to Posti Finland's rates.

Packages returned as undeliverable

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.

Shipping

Should you discover any damage to the package prior to opening it please report this to Flowers are my love language (flowesaremylovelanguage@gmail.com) and the postal agent where you collected the package, as soon as possible. Items that are damaged during transportation are replaced by Flowers are my love language free of charge. If you have already opened the package when you notice the damage, please follow the return, damage and claim instructions.
